Catnip is not just for cats! It is a calming sedative herb that promotes sleep, reduces digestive upset and helps dispel gas. It can also help to bring down a fever and be used with Yarrow to treat flu symptoms.

It tastes yummy as a tea but better yet make an herbal honey with it to sweeten that tea, or any beverage. It can also be tinctured.
