Traditionally used, for thousands of years to soothe the respiratory tract. It is especially useful in relieving the symptoms of bronchitis, pneumonia and SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). It restores the health of the lung tissues and can even help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

Brew as a Nourishing Herbal Infusion, pour it through a coffee filter and then mix it with organic whole milk. For ultra quick relief, smoke it!

To make a Nourishing Herbal Infusion, measure out one ounce of dried herb and place it in a quart jar. Fill it to the top with boiling water, put the lid on the jar and let it steep for 4 to 10 hours. Then strain out the spent herb, compost it and drink the strained infusion. The goal is to drink one quart of Nourishing Herbal Infusions each day! The five recommended nourishing herbs to rotate through are Comfrey leaf, Nettle leaf, Oat straw, Red Clover blossoms and Linden leaf and blossoms. Enjoy!
