Lemon Balm is exquisitely antiviral and helps to cleanse out toxins.
Peppermint calms chest congestion and coughing, while calming the nervous system.
Mullein is a supreme ally for the lungs and respiratory system.
Yarrow breaks a fever, fights infection and reduces mucous.
Marshmallow reduces throat inflammation and speeds healing.
Measure 1 to 2 tsp of Anti V Tea *Add a cup of hot water *Cover the cup with a plate and let it steep for 4-12 minutes *Strain out the liquid into another cup (or use a tea ball) *Compost the spent herb *Add a bit of honey*
